While my early path included traditional Reiki practices, my methodology has since evolved into a highly specialized, multi-dimensional framework that includes entity and distortions removal, structural grid work, structural grid work, soul retrieval, deep full-spectrum chakra balancing, and timeline jumping.
My unique approach is shaped by my experience with Aphantasia—the complete inability to visualize or create mental imagery with my mind’s eye. Because of this, my spiritual sight operates as a direct, unvarnished channel for whatever is divinely given. Without the interference of mental imagination, I perceive the multidimensional structures of the energetic field, including:

About My Background
My Path to Energetic Sovereignty
For much of my life, I was an ungrounded empath, absorbing the emotions and energies of others while carrying burdens that were never mine to hold.
Out of necessity, I intentionally turned down my intuitive abilities so I could reclaim stability within my nervous system.
Through years of somatic healing, intensive yoga practice, mindfulness, expressive movement, and expressive arts work, I gradually reconnected with my clairsentient gifts—this time with stronger boundaries, discernment, and grounding.
That journey transformed my relationship with intuition and now informs the work I offer others.
Today, I help sensitive and intuitive individuals move beyond empath burnout, clear non-self patterns, strengthen energetic boundaries, and reconnect with their own wisdom and vitality.
